INTERNATIONAL STUDENT RECRUITMENT MANAGER

(Medical Students Admissions for Foreign Medical Universities)

Location: India ; Middle East

Remuneration: Competitive, on designated skills and experience

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The post holder will be expected to take operational responsibility for recruitment of Students interested in studying (MBBS, Nursing & Physiotherapy) in overseas Medical Universities, along with a range of sales channels including agents, foundation pathway providers and educational partnerships ensuring recruitment opportunities are optimised.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 

Recruit International students to study in partner Medical Universities in Europe.

Take the strategic lead on recruitment from an overseas market, developing and implementing international marketing and recruitment plans.

Maintaining and developing existing network of recruitment agents and working closely with agency owners, and counselling staff.

Develop a good knowledge of the University’s degree portfolio and of the entry requirements for University courses.

Maintain good relations with target external organizations such as schools, colleges and universities.

In collaboration with colleagues, develop and implement promotional and marketing materials.

Any other duties that might be assigned by the Head of International Recruitment.

Person Specification

  1. EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Experience in MBBS student recruitment for overseas Medical Universities preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of success in sales, student recruitment or business development.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work effectively in different cultural environments
  • Ability to work effectively on a number of parallel tasks.
  • Knowledge of Higher Education and international student recruitment market

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

Reports to the Head of International Recruitment but is expected to operate with a substantial degree of autonomy in carrying out the above responsibilities and duties.
