Wroclaw University of Technology position in the research and teaching field places the university among the three best technical universities in Poland. The degrees awarded there is a symbol of high quality of education, confirmed by the National Accreditation Committee and the Accreditation Committee of Universities of Technology. Recently, it has been announced the best Polish technical university in Webometrics Ranking of World’s Universities.

Wroclaw University of Technology allows students to learn either according to standard programmes or to choose an individual programme. In this way, students can shape their own specialisations.

The university offers Bachelor and Master programmes and PhD studies. Students and academics participate in programs such as LLP-Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci and Erasmus Mundus (Brasil, Russia).

With the industry in mind, the two-year Master’s degree programme “Mathematics for the industry” has been developed. This was possible due to the Wrocław University of Technology becoming a member of the European Consortium Mathematics for Industry (ECMI). In co-operation with the Univesity of Oxford (Great Britain), the Lappeenranta University of Technology (Finland), and the University Joseph Fourier Grenoble (France), high level specialists will be educated who, using mathematics, will be able to solve the complicated problems of the contemporary industry.
